Santa Fe Winter Indian Market Basic Information

This year, the 11th annual Santa Fe Winter Indian Market 2016 will take place on the weekend of Dec. 16-18. Usually, the market occurs the weekend after Thanksgiving, but this year it will be a few weekends later, just in time for holiday shopping! The market has also shifted locations. This year, it will be held at La Fonda on the Plaza. There will be a special opening celebration on Fri. Dec. 16 from 6 to 9pm that will kick things off. Tickets to this exclusive event are $50. However, you can get a weekend Santa Fe Winter Indian Market pass for Saturday and Sunday for just $15 or attend just one day for $10. The market will be open on Saturday from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

What to Expect at the Santa Fe Winter Indian Market

The market will include work from over 200 Native artists from the United States and Canada. You can expect quite the variety, from paintings and tapestries to jewelry and clothing.
