What Is the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta?
The Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta is a celebration of the city’s most popular native ingredient paired with a collection of wineries from New Mexico and several other states on the West Coast. Local restaurants put on a culinary show using chiles as a staple in a variety of cuisines, ranging from traditional New Mexican to Asian fusion. A panel of guest chefs infuse their flavors and creativity into dishes and wineries host tasting and seminars throughout the weeklong event. There are several tasting events, a golf tournament, a film viewing with food and wine pairing, and guest chef luncheons.
When Is It?
The Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta typically takes place at the end of September. Tickets go on sale for all events in July.
